  • The Virtual Secretary realises that no two projects are ever the same, therefore, pricing should be flexible to accommodate varying types of project and work.
  • Hourly rates start from £22.00
  • Time is charged per minute with a minimum charge of 1 hour for all projects.
  • Preferential rates may be negotiated for long-term projects and Retainer Contracts. Retainer Contracts are the most cost effective and efficient way for you to utilise your time and money.

Additional charges may be incurred for:

  • Bulk Mailing/Postage.
  • Special / Overnight Delivery Services.
  • Special supplies required for a specific project.
  • Telephone / Fax charges incurred exceeding £5.00 for any one project.
